About This Opportunity
Herman Miller’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, 12-week opportunity that provides a 100% real-world experience for students early in their career. Throughout the summer you will apply academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 
As a Digital Asset Management Intern on the Brand Design Operations Team, you'll support global teams through the strategic management of digital assets such as photography and illustration.
 
 
What You'll Do

  • Partner with Global Brand and Marketing to ensure digital assets are available to support design and marketing efforts.
  • Publish digital assets to global internal and external image libraries.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of digital assets.
  • Assist with metadata strategy.
  • Support special projects related to expanding and enhancing the digital asset system.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to complete an intern project.
  • Attain on-the-job work experience aligned with your career objectives.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business objectives.

You might be just who we're looking for if you are...
  • Interested in digital asset and marketing strategy.
  • Familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Comfortable communicating across all levels.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Skilled in project and time management.
  • Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Library Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university, and able to provide transcripts upon request. You must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.
  • Satisfactorily finished with the basic coursework in your chosen degree program.
  • In favorable academic standing within your current academic program.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.
