**Job Summary**

AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and hardworking Air Quality Manager for immediate employment in the Morrisville, NC office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Manages and performs project work for key clients

+ Acts as front line supervisor who manages individual contributors

+ Responsible for the overall quality of staff's work and oversees projects

+ Provides leadership, mentorship, training and direction to staff in the department, including performance reviews and career planning

+ Provides direction to team leaders and project managers within the department to ensure the financial reporting, administrative requirements, and project controls are attained

+ Tracks financial performance of the department and monitors staff sold time and work backlog

+ Responsible for compliance within corporate financial control policies

+ Leads business development activities within the department

+ Working closely with the regional business line leader and national teams leads the growth of the Air Quality practice area, driving collaboration across the business to leverage AECOM opportunities and expertise in the region

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 10+ years of relevant professional experience

+ Experience in business development and project management; ability to become certified under AECOM’s Project Management Certification Program

+ Understanding of and compliance with AECOM's policies and procedures

+ High-level knowledgeable of and experience with PSD, Title V and NSPS applicability

+ Proficient in the use of computers for making engineering calculations, spreadsheets, and report writing

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ 12+ years of previous experience working in a multi-disciplinary team delivering various projects in complexity and size/scope

+ PE Licensed

+ Knowledge of NC and SC air quality permitting regulations
