Gensler’s San Francisco Architecture studio is an award-winning, international design practice committed to creating architecture that stimulates and inspires; an architecture that tells the story of place, of institutional and individual aspiration, and of synergy between the natural and built realms. We are searching for mid-level architectural designers (7-10 years) with exceptional design skills, a portfolio of innovative design concepts, and an emphasis on built work.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Architecture or Design preferred, with a rigorous design education
  • 7-10 years of relevant architecture and design experience, with a strong background designing multiple building typologies of varying scale
  • International design experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3ds Max preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding graphic presentation skills
  • Conceptual designer and thinker
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the U.S. and Asia as required
