**Job Summary**

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Call Center Representative for immediate employment. This is a part-time variable position, meaning work days and times will be determined on an as-needed basis.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

+ Call Center personnel Obtain client information, determine eligibility and maintain database.

+ Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.

+ Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.

+ Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

+ Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

+ Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

+ 40 hour work week. No overtime.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Minimum of 3 months prior experience performing such duties as answering incoming , interacting with public, using computer software to manage data

+ Must participate in and successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment fitness for duty questionnaire.

+ Excellent Spanish and English Verbal and Written Communication proficiency

+ Phone Skills…ability to present information professionally and clearly over the phone; ability to maintain cool composure in stressful situations

+ Strong Listening skills

+ Data Entry Skills…accurate key entry; ability to type by touch; 9 key skills preferred

+ People Skills…ability to effectively interact with general public in a professional manner

+ Informing…an ability to process what the caller is providing and translate back to caller information they need to know about the process and next steps

+ Customer Focus

+ Customer Service…high attention to customer service in all interactions with public, even in the face of conflict

+ Attention to Detail…ability to document information accurately and coherently

+ Professionalism…ability to maintain professional demeanor in face of conflict and in stressful situations.

+ Multi-tasking…ability to perform multiple tasks effectively and accurately at all times.

+ Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in an indoor environment. Position requires frequent keyboard/mouse operations and sitting for long periods of time; rarely lifting less than twenty-five pounds, standing/walking, climbing stairs, performing repetitive fine hand movements.
