**Job Summary**

AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and motivated Case Management Supervisor for immediate employment in the Virgin Islands Office. This is a part-time variable position, meaning work days and times will be determined on an as-needed basis.

Case Managers accomplish clients' case management by assessing needs; monitoring and evaluation progress, facilitating interaction with multiple service providers; providing continuity throughout program participation; and ensuring clients are engaged and knowledgeable of program. Case Manager Deputy/Leads will manage the daily activities of between two and six case managers and will report up to a single Case Management Supervisor.

The Case Center Supervisor will ensure quality and efficient delivery of service to customers through a variety of tasks. They will provide overall management to the team in identifying, analyzing, developing and implementing staffing, training; will work with Case Management Deputies to identify areas of opportunity for training and process improvement. They will finalize and submit reports for the management team and/or may be responsible for safety and training of Deputies and Case Managers.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Ensuring complete reporting to project manager

+ Overseeing operations for assigned center

+ Managing the Case Manager Deputies/Leads to assure teams are working effectively and efficiently

+ Functioning as case manager as needed

+ Conducting training

+ Conducting safety program

+ Conducting daily reporting

+ Assisting with scheduling

+ Determining clients' eligibility by completing intake interviews, reviewing records and applications

+ Coordinating the services being provided and assigning resources; monitoring cases; obtaining additional resources; intervening in crises; and providing personnel support

+ Maintaining clients' records by compiling case notes; logging events and progress

+ Communicating progress by conducting weekly evaluations

+ Preparing clients' closeout by coordinating program requirements

The Case Manager Supervisor will accept ownership for the case-work being conducted; they will engage, educate, and advocate for the client and the program; and they will seek ways to improve services and identify opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

This position will be working directly with a community that has been devastated by two hurricanes. Consideration, kindness, effective communication and timely work are essential. This role will make a difference in peoples’ lives and their ability to return to their homes.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 4+ years of work experience in client facing jobs requiring communications to both customers and outside entities (vendors, etc.)

+ Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check

+ Excellent English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication

+ Demonstrated ‘people skills,’ including the ability to interact effectively with the general public, contractors, inspectors, and other service-providers in a professional manner

+ Must possess and demonstrate professional integrity

+ Demonstrated management experience

+ Must demonstrate a high attention to customer service in all interactions with public, including maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, and demonstrating the ability to resolve conflict quickly and effectively

+ Must possess strong documentation skills, including the ability to capture details accurately and coherently
