**Minimum Requirements**

As part of our cost management function you will be primarily associated with supporting programme strategy as part of a wider programme controls function.

* Deployment and administration of Cost Management and Cost Reporting systems

* Establishing WBS, CBS and control accounts

* Management and reporting of risk and contingency

* Production of regular cost reports at contract, area and programme level

* Support in the production of programme performance baselines and application of EV

* Assist in cost estimate production, procurement and tender assessments

* Assess the impact of scope change and effective application of change control governance

* Production of cost forecasts and periodic variance reports

* Support the development of effective cost benchmarking and value for money reporting

**Preferred Qualifications**


* Appreciation of Project / Programme Controls disciplines

* Experienced cost management and associated project controls and cost reporting

* Strong understanding of NEC Contract Administration

* Familiarity of Network Rail contracts

* Appreciation of controls systems and production of reporting outputs, @Risk, P6, Baseline change control, dashboard production

* Understanding of the DfT ECAM process, NR GRIP process and the importance of demonstrating efficiency, value for money within regulated environments

* Experience of contract management systems such as A-Site, CEMAR, eB, Aconex and other collaboration technologies

* Understand SACR, Review Point and P-Rep expectations

* Client facing and able to work in co-located environments


* A comprehensive understanding of the construction industry across a wide range of disciplines and sectors, in particular infrastructure, civils, railways or engineering construction

* Expertise in Aires (PRISM)
