**Job Summary**

AECOM is seeking a Cyberspace Training and Development Manager to serve as AECOM’s training specialist providing instruction Coordinate with the Program Manager to obtain and clarify contract requirements. Responsible for the daily control and supervision of contractor employee’s. Provide instruction, develop course content, and conduct training and instruction to a level where personnel can perform the task without assistance and meets Predefined MTTL and TAW criteria for accuracy, timeliness, and correct use of procedures. Instruct core knowledge such as: General Weapon System Knowledge, Training Pipeline, Anatomy of Cyber Attack, Legal Authorities, Rules of Engagement, Command Structures, Intel Resources, Network Architecture, Crew Force Management, Mission Types, and Mission Planning/Debriefing. Evaluate student task proficiency to current TAW criteria. The applicant will work under guidelines established by a supervisor supporting curriculum development and instruction; able to articulate information that is relevant to the course; capable of speaking to large and small audiences from military and non-military organizations; familiar with classroom media and devices, including PowerPoint, digital projectors, etc.; assist in developing realistic training scenarios related to the course objective for both practical exercises and final exercise; able to conduct network setup, administration and maintenance. Receive instructions on specific assignment objectives, features, possible solutions, etc. Applicable functional areas include systems engineering, network engineering, specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security etc.), organizational planning, and configuration and data information systems. Perform routine assignments associated with the implementation of standard techniques, procedures and/or criteria as they apply to the technical or administrative discipline relating to the task. Using prescribed methods and information supplied, prepares draft inputs to program documentation as it relates to any of the support functions. Tracks preparation and delivery status of data deliverables. Attends meetings, design reviews, working groups and briefings. Performs other related duties as assigned. The normal duty hours are Monday through Friday 0730 to 1630 hour except Federal Holidays, unless otherwise specified due to mission requirements. During training the work day could last up to 10 hours per day (frequently more than 40 hours a week) to include some weekends and federal holidays. However, this may vary depending on the Government or course requirements. The applicant shall support AECOM’s efforts on the contractor site to provide specialized training in support of military personnel.

**Minimum Requirements**

A minimum of ten years of experience working in high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a program that can perform all functional duties independently. Experience in providing oral and written communication and capability to deliver briefs and papers to Senior Executives, General Officers, and Flag Officers required.

Must have program management experience in managing and directing functions for multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks; formulating, reviewing, and approving task plans and deliverables; and hiring, managing, and evaluating contract personnel. 2-5 years’ experience directly related using Patriot Excalibur software, Agile Cyber Technology (ACT2), SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Previous experience as a CSCS Operations Controller or CSCS Crew Commander. Previously managed crew force schedules, an in-depth knowledge of development, submission, and presenting Cyber 9-Line, Situational, and Mission Reports.

Masters’ Degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Current Certification in one of the following; Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, SSCP, GICSP, GSEC or a higher certification to meet a minimum requirement of DoD 8570 IAT Level II.

Must have a valid state driver's license without any prior convictions for traffic violations in excess of $150 fine (Last 7 Years).

Must have a current SECRET security clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications**

May substitute eight (8) years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
