**Job Summary**

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

Develops, modifies, coordinates, schedules, supervises, provides, tracks and audits all employee and subcontractor training programs, plan, courses, qualifications and certifications:



+ Responsible for development and sustainment of a culture of safety, quality, compliance, and professionalism

+ Provides oversight, direction, and tracking of all training requirements, methods, and databases

+ Establishes and modifies training procedures to ensure employee compliance with federal, state, local, and contract regulations and ensures schedules are met,

+ Responsible for the administration of Company policies,

+ Coordinates with HR, IT and Functional Managers to train, certify, monitor, track and retrain URS and subcontractor employees,

+ Directs the implementation of training tools.



**Minimum Requirements**

Requires a Bachelors’ degree or 8 years’ equivalent experience, and a minimum of 8 years of directly related US Army or Air Force rotary wing aviation maintenance experience, including 4 years of training experience and experience in management; Demonstrated areas of experience must include:



+ Knowledge of US Army or Air Force and other applicable regulations, requirements, processes and systems for rotary wing maintenance, operations, and logistics.

+ Experience in the establishment or modification of processes to support aviation sustainment training operations.

+ Familiar with commercial or commercial variant aircraft sustainment policies and regulations.

+ Ability to handle multiple issues and projects in a changing environment.

+ Ability to establish priorities in a changing environment.

+ Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100 or AS9110 in an aviation sustainment environment preferred.

+ Experience with Lean Six Sigma preferred.
