AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and hardworking Designer to join our Transportation Group in our Philadelphia PA office. AECOM is pleased to include you in a unique development opportunity, the Graduate Development Program (GDP). This program is designed to support your assimilation into the organization and assist with creating a foundation of knowledge for a successful career at AECOM. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Work on a multi­disciplinary team with architects and engineers delivering all phases of commercial architectural projects

+ Work with the design architect in creating schematic designs and presentations

+ Work with the project architect in creating contract documents and providing construction administration

+ Use current software platforms (including Revit) to develop contract documents, 3D models and presentations

+ Conceive and develop conceptual designs using Autodesk Revit

+ Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, or construction time

+ Participates in design team activities using software tools

+ Maintain conformance with building standards, established architectural practices, and applicable building codes

+ Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member

+ Any other duties assigned

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

+ 0-2 years' experience

+ Technical Skills: Sketchup, VRAY, Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Suite and other related CADD software

+ Excellent visual / graphic & design skills

+ Strong problem solving and decision ­making abilities

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks on a daily basis

+ Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment
