**Job Summary**

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Entry Level Contract Administrator for immediate employment in the DFW, Texas office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

This program is designed to support your assimilation into the organization and assist with creating a foundation of knowledge for a successful career at AECOM. You will gain experience in your discipline through learning on the job and participate in development opportunities during the program, including access to AECOM's social media resources, group mentoring, and professional networking. The program also has learning activities that will be available to you, including webinars and on-line programs.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Administer master and subconsultant contracts

+ Ensure subconsultant’s insurance, quality, and safety plans are in compliance with AECOM requirements

+ Assist with all aspects of project set-up, performance management, reporting, and close-out

+ Assist with ensuring each project’s compliance with all contract and company requirements

+ Respond to project audits

+ Provide support to the biller(s) in invoice documentation and preparation

+ Maintain project work orders in Salesforce

+ Provide document control and assist with maintaining the project schedule

+ Assist with development of cost estimates for new work and change orders

+ Establish project budgets from proposal estimate, track committed costs and forecast remaining costs for each project

+ Assist with procurement of 3rd party goods and services for project use

+ Develop and maintain the project master schedule and subcontract milestone schedules

+ Develop and maintain various financial, productivity and scheduling analyses and forecasts as required to assist with project management

+ Serves as a financial assistant for Project and Program Managers

**Minimum Requirements**

+ 0-2+ years of relevant experience

+ Bachelors Degree in related field of study

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Advanced knowledge of Salesforce

+ Knowledge of Oracle Unifier, ProjectWise, Bluebeam and APIC systems

+ Ability to work effectively with both internal and external clients

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team

+ Ability to be proactive, highly motivated, and highly responsive while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Due to the nature of this position, US Citizenship is required

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Previous experience with DFW Airport systems, softwares and processes

+ Previous experience with AECOM systems, softwares and processes

+ Strong work ethic, “can do” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help the team achieve success
