**Job Summary**

_AECOM is actively recruiting for a senior-level Management Analyst to provide subject matter expertise to the COLUMBIA Class Submarine Program Director (PMS397) at Electric Boat (Groton, CT). Tasking shall include:_

1. _Provide subject matter expertise assisting Technical Director with program issues as they arise related to the construction and certification of COLUMBIA and the UK work._

2. _Participate in and provide support to the COLUMBIA Class IPPD process for construction_

3. _Provide system engineering management support to the COLUMBIA Class Technical Director_

4. _Execute administrative actions, provide liaison services and monitor tasking in support of COLUMBIA Class submarine design and construction and interface with Type Commander, Fleet and field activities._

5. _Provide meeting support, including participation, development and preparation of briefing materials and efforts associated with the planning, execution and resolution of action items._

6. _Perform system engineering studies to support assessment of construction related products and resolution of issues, including Capital Improvements at Construction Shipyards._

7. _Provide technical support to facilitate liaison between the COLUMBIA Class Construction Manager and interfacing organizations on construction and tasking / financial related actions and issues._

**Minimum Requirements**

1. _At least 20 years of experience._

2. _Knowledge and experience in management analysis methods and techniques._

3. _Familiarity with processes to accept non-conformances on current Navy Shipbuilding Programs_

4. _Familiarity with current Submarine Construction Processes_

5. _Knowledge of Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE) Requirements Manual (NAVSEA 0924-062-0010)_

6. _Knowledge of NAVY shipboard systems and DOD acquisition program._

7. _Knowledge of how to conduct risk assessments and propose mitigating actions_

8. _Expansive knowledge and experience with OHIO Class submarine intermediate maintenance engineering, planning and execution processes, operations, organizations and facilities (e.g. Trident Refit Facility (Kings Bay, GA)._

9. _Experience involving Unrestricted Operations to Design Test Depth (URO) program requirements, the TRIPER program, OHIO Class Alterations, AWPs and Hull, Mechanical, Electrical, Weapons and Communication systems._

10. _Knowledgeable in the use of the Maintenance & Shipwork Planning (M&SWP) system used by SUBMEPP for maintenance planning. Knowledge and experience in management analysis methods and techniques._

11. _Knowledge of how to conduct risk assessments and propose mitigating actions._

**Preferred Qualifications**

1. _Must possess organizational skills, technical management skills, and ability to perform detail-oriented work._

2. _Self-motivated, possess analytical skills and be customer-oriented._

3. _Effective communication, both verbal and written._

4. _Familiarity with computer hardware and software; proficiency in MS Office Suite._
