Gensler’s London office is looking for talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant Graduates to join our creative studio environment in September 2017. Successful candidates will be focused on Architecture projects, while also gaining exposure to a wide range of design experiences within our full portfolio of integrated disciplines: architecture, interiors, graphic/industrial design, master planning and consulting.

As a Gensler employee, you will be fully integrated into design teams, participating hands-on and collaborating directly with team members.  You will work on projects from initial design development through to construction documentation.  Successful candidates will also enjoy the rich culture of our firm and the broader office community through a number of learning resources focused on supporting your professional development during your placement year with us.

We are in search of bright, dynamic and innovative Part 1 Graduates; individuals who leverage their unique point of view to redefine what is possible through the power of design.   • Are outstanding students and are in the final year of their Masters Degree or Post Graduate qualification
  • Are leaders in their University and community
  • Excellent design sensibilities demonstrated in the portfolio
  • Demonstrate appropriate level of technical knowledge
  • Are highly motivated individuals with a proactive attitude and eager to learn
  • Amazing in both solo and collaborative working styles
  • Are proficient in the Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & general 3d computer skills
  • Have a working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD
  • Have a working knowledge of either one of the 3D programmes - Rhino or Sketch Up. Knowledge of Grasshopper or scripting is advantageous
  • Have previous experience working in a design firm
