**Job Summary**

This is a temporary position that is not to extend past April 1, 2018.

Purpose and Scope:

Under close supervision using established procedures, provide program management support including preparing routine program and correspondence documentation, presentations and briefings, and reports.

Essential Responsibilities:

1) Compile inputs and assist in preparing program documentation such as plans, briefings, schedules, reports, correspondence, contracts/contract modifications, technical instruction procedures and/or related material.

2) Assist in the maintenance of master files/schedules related to program history, execution, and status for the life of the program (inception to disposal).

3) Assist in the maintenance of general program reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives.

4) Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and execution of program meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Other Responsibilities:

**Minimum Requirements**

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Associate degree in Business Administration or related field and at least one year of job-related experience or equivalent.

Requires operation application software including word-processing and spreadsheet programs.

Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

In accordance with the contract, all personnel performing work require United States citizenship or acceptable proof of naturalization prior to employment.
