**Job Summary**

**Purpose and Scope:**

Under little supervision and applying program knowledge and/or subject matter expertise, provide support including clerical and administrative services to the Program Management Office. Produce routine program and general correspondence, documentation, presentations, briefings, and reports.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Interface with internal and external contract participants for planning, prioritization and resolution of overall activities to support customer goals.

Prepare or assist in preparing program documentation such as plans, briefings, schedules, reports, correspondence, contracts/contract modifications, technical instruction procedures and/or related material.

Assist in the maintenance of master files and schedules related to program history.

Assist in the maintenance of general program reports and projects, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives.

Review, analyze, provide comments, and provide assessments of technical and non-technical program reports; research specific area and prepare findings.

Interact with and provide administrative and technical support, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise, in the execution of the assigned program management tasks.

Analyze and track project budgets, schedules and deliverables, conduct research into specific areas, prepare findings and report findings to the company sector management and customer.

Create and maintain master files/schedules related to program history, execution and status for the life of the program (inception to disposal).

Assist with Program Safety Program: Create/Maintain Incident reports, and brief employees on Safety Program

Assist with Quality Management System: Create Reports and Briefings, Updated/Review Procedures, Brief Employees and Interface with Government Contracting Officer Representatives

Assist Logistics Management: Perform Purchase Requests, Order Equipment, Enter/Update in Purchasing System, Perform Inventories, Receive Equipment, and Complete Reports and Update Knowledge Management System

Assist with Relocation of Employees: Build Cost Estimates, Write Reports detailing total cost for submission to customer, liaison with moving companies for quotes, verify Per Diem and Lodging rates based on location.

Assist with Onboarding of Employees: Complete Required Documentation, Providing Initial Training, Update Knowledge Management Database

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

**Minimum Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Preferred) and 5 years of job related experience or equivalent Military/Technical training. Good written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint), strong; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work as required. Qualify for and maintain a Secret security clearance Top Secret/SCI is preferred. Possess a valid state issued driver’s license.

**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:**

Typical office and warehouse environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 50 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

ASQ Internal Auditor Certification

Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification – Board of Certified Safety Professionals

Active DoD TS clearance
