**Job Summary**

AECOM is seeking a Programmer II / Systems Analyst II to support the US Navy Fleet Electronic Warfare Center.

The Programmer II / Systems Analyst II will provide subject matter expertise in all aspects of analysis, design, coding, and component testing in support of training courseware development. The candidate will provide courseware maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. The Programmer II / Systems Analyst II will work with the customer to interpret user requirements into design specifications and ensure that design and programming code meets customer specifications. The Programmer II / Systems Analyst II will analyze and design enhancements, development programs, and/or required fixes to resolve production problems as required. The Programmer II / Systems Analyst II will design applications to functional and technical programming standards, will develop system specifications and interfaces, and will provide time estimates and schedule for assigned work.



**Minimum Requirements**

Programmer II / Systems Analyst II candidates must have a Bachelor and 5 years experience, an Associate and 9 years of experience, or 13 years of relevant experience in training courseware analysis, design, code development, and testing. Additionally, candidates must show similar experience in development of design specifications and programming code to meet customer requirements; development of design enhancements and required fixes to resolve production problems; development of training system interfaces. Must have a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.



**Preferred Qualifications**

Preferred qualifications include two (2) years demonstrated experience with current industry standards for:



-Database and library data management

-Database/library quality assurance/control

-Development of stand-alone and web-based EW operational and training applications

-Development of computer-based operational and training applications for delivery to Fleet stakeholders access via multiple databases such as NKO, CAS, and SharePoint sites

-Development of analysis and configuration control of data products and system libraries

-Maintenance of software installation and configuration base line documentation

-Software integration and installation support

-On-site training for software installation, data management and database development

-Testing, verification, and validation of data products, and data management applications

-Development of Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant training material for Fleet use
