**Job Summary**

As the Supplier Registration-Qualification Administrator, you would be responsible for the management of suppliers, specifically sub-consultant and sub-contractor.

This position is a for an 8 Months fixed term contract, from February to September 2018 to support AECOM Central Europe.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Request potential suppliers and sub-consultants to complete the relevant AECOM questionnaire;

+ Capture the information provided by potential suppliers and sub-consultants in the relevant information systems;

+ Identify and request missing / outdated documentation;

+ Request references from either AECOM or non-AECOM referees;

+ Liaise with the AECOM project managers on the status of the pre-qualification process;

+ Take responsibility for document storage;

+ Assist with the maintenance and clean-up of the relevant information systems and the generation of reports;

+ Any other administration duties as and when required.

**Minimum Requirements**


+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment.

+ Prior experience in a project procurement environment would be a recommendation.

+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines;

+ Ability to manage and maintain communication links with a variety of stakeholders while presenting a professional image;

+ Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.

+ Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures.

+ Good time management and organisational skills.

+ Good written communication skills in the English language.

+ Good IT skills including the competent use of the Microsoft package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ National diploma, preferably with an administration focus.
