**Job Summary**

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Transaction Coordinator for immediate employment. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The Transaction Coordinator's principle responsibilities will be to:

+ Support the general needs of Global Real Estate Senior Portfolio Managers whom are responsible for corporate real estate service delivery to North America (US and Canada) and Latin America

+ Act as a representative of GRE; Facilitate relationships by using a consultative approach to respond to requests for information arid by providing timely and accurate responses

SupportGRE Senior Portfolio Managers in transaction and portfolio management:

+ Produce, provide inputs to, and/or facilitate processing of documentation associated with transactions

+ Manage hard and soft copy lease files and transmittal of information to stakeholders such as accounting, shared services, and lease administration; ensure relevant lease­ related documents are timely uploaded into the data base

+ Develop reports to support project initiation, strategy development, and decision­ making

+ Liaise between various groups within GRE, and across the Company, to ensure multiple parties are apprised of project statuses and next steps; facilitate movement of the service delivery process

+ Liaise with real estate transaction management partners - brokers, financial analysts, and legal counsel

+ Assist in the development of business cases

+ Take ownership of the process

Individually manage small-scale projects, at the direction of and oversight by, Senior Portfolio Managers:

+ Collaborate and partner with local Facilities groups to respond to and resolve small and ad hoc requests for space in the local area

+ Manage small scale renewals and/or new leases

Provide general support to the overall GRE department for initiatives, such as:

+ Data audit, validation, and clean-up

+ KPls and other metrics

+ Process development and documentation

+ Training

+ Interact with representatives and stakeholders within business lines and geographies, as well as peer groups within Corporate, to educate others on GRE's role, procedures, and value statement for AECOM

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree (with particular emphasis on business, economics, finance, or real estate)

+ 2+ years of prior work experience in corporate real estate

+ Must have an understanding of corporate real estate leasing, space programming and planning, and space management principles

+ Must have an understanding of basic real estate leasing financial terms and analysis methods

+ Abilty to manage multiple assignments with little supervision

+ Ability to communicate complex and technical real estate terms to business executives

+ Work well in a fast paced, process oriented, and collaborative environment

+ Team player, flexible, multi-tasker, excellent sense of customer service and "can do" attitude

+ Must have excellent communication skills - writing, interpretation, judgment, and interpersonal style

+ Proficient skills in MS Office suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook- are required

+ Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship required

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with a real estate software system is strongly preferred

+ Previous database data entry, reporting and/or data analysis and presentation is preferred
