**Job Summary**

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Regional Program Manager- Facilities Management for employment in the New York, NY office.

This position provides direct oversight to regional sites located in the South West US as identified below for the North American, Corporate Real Estate Facilities management division. The position reports to the Director of Facility Management, CRE and will also develop a close working relationships with various business leaders/stakeholders throughout the Corporate Real Estate, MS, CS, and DCS organizations.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Coordinates and manages the Business Administration support functions in the South West US region (including Budgeting, Accounting, Legal, Purchasing, Lease and CAM Audits, Call Center, IT Integration, Business Continuity Planning, Quality and Sustainability, Work Management, Equipment Reliability, Operational Support, and Safety program compliance) to reduce real estate costs and enhance the collaborative business environments for all AECOM employees and guests.

+ Integrates the support service delivery programs to ensure CRE delivery program consistency and contract compliance

+ Maximizes client satisfaction, client KPI performance, and ethically maximizes AECOM profits

+ Design and develop the standards that will allow the technology systems to share information between the real estate, CMMS, accounting, forecasting, fixed asset, and dashboard platforms

+ Develop user friendly, insightful, real time reporting dashboards including budget compliance, KPI reporting, contract compliance, construction project timing, expense forecasting, departmental and business unit allocations, supporting expense documentation, tax, utility consumption, lease and CAM charges

+ Streamline operating and FM owned capital budgets, approval processes, functional accounting, month-end closing, and departmental allocations to eliminate large CRE financial variations

+ Collaborate with the CRE operational managers to enhance areas that are falling below benchmark standards

+ Co-develops “Right Start” teams to provide standardized transition support processes and procedures for new and redeveloped CRE space. End result will be a formal, structured, and nimble startup process that is scalable, cost effective, and delivers consistent CRE deployments

+ Coordinates key business short term (tactical) and long term (strategic) initiatives with measurable goals and milestones that provide support to regional FM Group

+ Conducts construction and small O&M project and site reviews, audits to ensure budget compliance by verifying proper operations project management practices are incorporated and followed, appropriate quality, safety, operational, and accounting standards are being followed, appropriate company-wide expertise is leveraged to plan and deliver a successful project.

+ Provides guidance and coaching to project teams as needed and performs post mortem audit, documents and publishes lessons learned

+ Guides and empowers Business Administration support team and committees (e.g., safety, auditing, accounting, training, contract negotiation, sustainability) to assist in maintaining a balanced and healthy operation and work environment

+ Verifies that safety and business ethics remain a top priority

+ Encourages and enables junior and mid-level employees to ascend to new, challenging, and rewarding positions. Implements long term succession and monitoring staff development plans for the next generation of leaders

+ Reviews and formally recommends upgrades to Corporate Real Estate FM operating policies, procedures, and standards that will enable AECOM to maintain maximum competitive advantage, while provide safe, efficient, and enjoyable work spaces for all AECOM employees

+ Participates in continuous education to understand new technologies and business practices within the facility management and real estate industry

The ultimate goal of this position is to have near flawless service delivery to allow the CRE to concentrate on customer needs, reduce disruptions, while flexing with changes in user occupancies and strategic initiatives.

This position can be located in NY or NJ and requires up to 20% travel between regional offices.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other related field

+ 10+ years of experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Master's degree of Business Administration

+ IFMA certification

+ Project Management Certification
