**Position Title** Sennior BIM Engineer and Above, Shanghai

**Job Summary**

Work closely with the team to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to quality;

Planning and Execution of producing in BIM in MEP discipline

Responsible for assisting project team in the implementation of the BIM Program Activities on their projects through pro-active training, support and examples

Assist in the production of 3D models using Autodesk or Bentley BIM software packages;

Provide support to project delivery teams by managing the resolution of BIM related issues and tasks

Provide recommendation, direction and support to project teams on BIM issues

Support business development & client relationship development.

**Minimum Requirements**

Strong English language skills;

10 years of working experience in at least one of the following building engineering disciplines:

Structural

Air Conditioning

Plumbing and drainage

Electrical

Skilled in the use of Autodesk or Bentley BIM software packages along with either AutoCAD or MicroStation;

Extensive knowledge of standard BIM practices, techniques, and procedures;

Proficient in the setup and customization of BIM-related projects and systems.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as more senior leadership role.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Well rounded knowledge of all building engineering disciplines and coordination will be given preference.
