**Job Summary**

_AECOM is actively recruiting for a senior- level Management Analyst to provide support to the COLUMBIA Class submarine Construction Manager (PMS397C). Tasking shall include:_

1. _Leads the effort to document, track and adjudicate construction Deviations, Vendor Information Requests and Engineering Reports provided by the Shipbuilder during the construction of the COLUMBIA Class submarine. This effort will require liaison with the NAVSEA 05 Technical Warrant Holders and other stakeholders, including the UK, Strategic Systems Program (SSP) and Naval Reactors as required, ensuring timely resolution and tracking of disposition. Additionally, coordinate with the Supervisor of Shipbuilding and the VIRGINIA Program Office (PMS450) to ensure that there is a common process to track construction deviations and waivers throughout TEAM Submarine._

2. _Work with the technical and financial groups within the Program Office to analyze and arbitrate emergent material and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) issues. This involves the identification of potential solutions and an evaluation of technical, cost, and schedule implications of each viable solution. Evaluates production delivery status of selected systems and equipment based on reviews of production status reports, and assesses the technical, schedule, and cost risk to the program._

3. _Conduct detailed analysis of shipbuilder’s construction planning. These include evaluation of required resources, facilities and build spans to identify potential conflicts areas and manufacturing risk areas._

**Minimum Requirements**

1. _At least seven (7) years of Program Management Support experience._

2. _Knowledge and experience in management analysis methods and techniques._

3. _Familiarity with processes to accept non-conformances on current Navy Shipbuilding Programs_

4. _Familiarity with current Submarine Construction Processes_

5. _Knowledge of Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE) Requirements Manual (NAVSEA 0924-062-0010)_

6. _Knowledge of NAVY shipboard systems and DOD acquisition program._

7. _Knowledge of how to conduct risk assessments and propose mitigating actions._

**Preferred Qualifications**

1. _Must possess organizational skills, technical management skills, and ability to perform detail-oriented work._

2. _Self-motivated, possess analytical skills and be customer-oriented._

3. _Effective communication, both verbal and written._

4. _Familiarity with computer hardware and software; proficiency in MS Office Suite._
