**Job Summary**

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the Afghanistan - EAGLE contract for a

**Sr. Data Entry Clerk.** Documents actions in accordance with Army Supply policy using automated or manual systems. Maintains asset visibility using Global Combat Support System (GCSS-A) (including but not limited to asset adjustments, lateral transfers, an updating authorizations). Performs integrated supply management for general supplies to include Class II, III (P), IV, IVV, and IX. Reports equipment readiness. Creates maintenance work orders. Maintains records and historical files and manages Hand Receipts. Serves as part of a mobile property accountability team whose function is to establish accountability for various units throughout the AOR. Other duties that may be assigned to meet company and departmental goals and objectives. Maintain a consistent data integrity rate of 90% of all transactions conducted.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 3 to 5 years of Theater-level property book experience.

+ NACI /Tier 1 for US Citizens.

+ Valid Driver’s license required.

+ Must be able to obtain a 5984-E Army standard license upon arrival in Afghanistan.

+ To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Education and/or Experience Requirements:

+ Must possess knowledge and experience in the use of Global Combat Support System (GCSS-A)

+ Must possess knowledge in the use of technical manuals (TMs), Supply Catalogs (SCs), Component Hand Receipts and Shortage Annexes

+ Must have Knowledge/experience with Logistics Integrated Database (LIDB), and Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)/FEDLOG

+ Must have experience with performing the following functions: Maintaining Unit hand receipts, perform asset adjustments, lateral transfers and update authorizations on the property book, requesting equipment items, following-up and cancelling supply transactions, posting supply status and receipt information to the activity register, creating and printing hand receipt, property book and activity register reports

+ Must possess the ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels.

+ Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.

+ Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and around tight deadlines.

+ Must have organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills Certificate, Licenses, Registration, and Clearance

+ Specific contractual requirements regarding education and experience prevail where applicable.

+ Enhanced (GCSS-A) Logistics information Warehouse (LIW) Capabilities such as:

+ Logistics Integrated Database (LIDB)

+ Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP)

+ Enhanced Dollar Cost Banding (EDCB)

+ Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS/FEDLOG)

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint) and other software programs to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs Supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
